I started the morning off by heading to a National Park. Due to the rules and regulations, you have to take a bus from the bottom of the mountain for approximately 7km and then they let you off the bus and you have to walk for another 5km up the mountain. This video was shot on the way back down from the top.
My driver Ranjit just happened to see one of his friends along the way. This friend luckily happened to own a speedboat. So there we were, cruising through the waters of Kerala. Water splashing left and right, it was such a great time. You could hear elephants roar throughout the forest as we passed by. (at Panampilly Nagar Park)
The National Park was one of the nicest I’ve been to. My driver claimed that there were many wild elephants and tigers within the area. The National Park was only a few hours away from my hotel. I spent most of my time here near the water, just looking out at all the beauty and greenery. (at Nehru Park)
As we drove we saw nothing but greenery and Waterfalls coming out of the mountains. Although the drive was 7 hours to the hotel I was staying at in Munnar, it seemed like it passed by in the blink of an eye.
As soon as I arrived at the Kerala International Airport, I paid a driver to take me around. We went to get some food and continued onto another State in Kerala called Munnar. This is where I was staying the night.
After flying for what seemed like days and a layover in Amsterdam, I arrived in India. I had no clue what to expect, everything was new for me. My whole trip started from here.
Welcome to my #Travelgram! I’m flying across different parts of the world to Photograph different wildlife and landscapes. I hope you enjoy my experiences as you travel with me.
